i think it's important to take note that you can only download from the link bubblegenie gave when you're connected to the ntu network, but after that you can freely use it.

Another thing to note is that for some versions of microsoft office you'll need to download a seperate toolbar and install into microsoft office, else you cant use it in words. rather troublesome actually so till now haven't installed in my laptop yet...

oh ya, i have some problems too when i use Endnote together with Mathtype.
are they conflicting?
