Hey, I think most of us are using this one week of recess to catch up on our studies, projects, assignments, and/or research. From www.dictionary.com, recess means temporary withdrawal or cessation from the usual work or activity. Hence, either we forgot what recess means or we used the wrong word. Maybe we should call it toil period instead. Rolling Eyes

Nevertheless, let's have a break this weekend to make it a bit more like recess period Very Happy

. The plan is to go Bishan Park 2 for rollerblade/cycling and then go to a place nearby for seafood dinner:

Date to meet: 30 SEP 06 (SUN)
Time to meet: 3.30 PM
Place to meet: Ang Mo Kio MRT station
Things to bring: skates and gears if you have them; bicycle if it's portable

bishan park is actually right smack in between ang mo kio and bishan. it's probably about the same distance from either place.

hmm... i dun think you'll reach amk at 330pm if you're meeting at 3pm... you'd probably reach at 4pm instead... since it takes abt 40-45 min from cck to amk... then you'll probably wait another 10 min or so for ppl who r late...
